Our Complete Pool Maintenance Plan will enable you to unwind and delight in your swimming pool more today and every day. To keep your pool water clear, blue and healthy simply maintain adequate water level, run the pool equipment, and notify us of any issues. Delray Beach Neighborhood Pool Service technicians do everything else. Pool owners on this Complete Plan are visited each week (during the late Fall/Winter twice a month is optional from October till March) by an experienced and insured Delray Beach pool tech.

What We Do

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We brush your pool (tiles, steps, walls).

We check your pool equipment.

We evaluate your pool water and apply chemicals and minerals to keep your water in optimum condition.

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

We vacuum your pool.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We net your pool.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We verify your swimming pool cleaner operation.

What You Do

Maintain adequate water level.

Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when needed.

Report any sightings of swimming pool issues.

From late Fall to Spring of each year we offer twice a month pool maintenance for Delray Beach residents.

Stabilizers Treatments & Filter Cleanings

Seasonal filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are mandatory for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year our company needs to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for weekly service customers.
